Cater to Elders Private Home Care Services was founded on one simple but powerful idea: no one should have to leave home just to feel safe, seen, and supported. From our headquarters in Hot Springs, Arkansas, we provide non-medical, in-home care for people of all ages, from children with disabilities to veterans and seniors aging at home.
Whether you're a family member coordinating services from out of state or someone needing support yourself, you’ll find that our care feels different from day one. We don’t shuffle clients between unfamiliar caregivers. We don’t treat people like numbers. We show up with the same face, the same schedule, and a level of personal investment you won’t find anywhere else, and it starts at the top.
A Company Built From Experience, Rooted in Love
Founder Cassandra Smith spent over 20 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant before launching Cater to Elders Private Home Care Services in 2020. The business began with just her—driving from house to house, caring for ten clients by herself, often answering midnight calls and delivering meals when no one else would.
Today, the team has grown to over 30 caregivers serving clients across the state. But Cassandra still personally visits every new client. She knows their names. She listens to their stories. And she leads a team that sees caregiving as more than a job—it’s truly a calling.
Her roots in caregiving run deep. Raised by her grandparents in a small Arkansas town, Cassandra learned early what real support looks like: consistency, compassion, and showing up when it counts.
